Lauren Lee

FPFS

Chartered Paraplanner

Key Services

Lauren is an integral part of the paraplanning team, collaborating closely with the financial planners to analyse and research products, ensuring that clients receive the best possible advice.

As a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII), Lauren’s passion for paraplanning and compliance stemmed from witnessing the frustration many advisers faced with the process, motivating her to help resolve these challenges.

Career Profile

Lauren began working in financial services as an apprentice back in 2011. She fell in love with the detail of financial planning, and how it impacts people’s lives.

Since 2011, Lauren has gained valuable experience in the industry, having worked at several different financial planning firms, across various departments – from administration, to paraplanning to compliance and operations.

Lauren completed the diploma in financial planning in 2019 and became a chartered fellow in 2022.

Hobbies and interests

Lauren is mum to one little girl who keeps her very busy when she’s not at work.

Lauren loves holidays and will give any destination in the world a try, although since being a mum holidays have changed slightly! Despite living abroad and travelling back and forth to the same place, Lauren prefers to try new places. Closer to home, Lauren loves the Lake District for long walks and beautiful views.

Lauren also loves cooking and keeping fit, although visits to the gym aren’t as regular since the arrival of her daughter.
